Support

Need help with GabaSet, found a problem, or have an idea for a future update? Email robertclark@resiliencecounselingdfw.com. You can also open Settings in the app and choose Email feedback.

For a technical issue it helps to describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and your device and app version. Please do not include medical records, therapy information, or other sensitive personal details.

Email is optional. If you send a message, your email address and the contents of your message are visible to the recipient. GabaSet does not attach your practice history to feedback emails.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. You can start a practice without signing up. GabaSet has no accounts.

Where is my progress saved?

Practice history, mood check-ins and settings are stored on your device. GabaSet does not offer account-based sync, so your history does not follow you to another phone on its own. A full device backup normally includes it.

How do I delete my history?

Open Settings, choose Delete practice history, and confirm. That clears the recorded practice history and mood check-ins on that device. It does not recall emails you already sent.

Why won't a session play?

Check your internet connection and try again. Guided audio is streamed from our content service rather than bundled with the app. If it keeps failing, tell us which session you tried.

Can I keep listening with the screen off?

Yes. Sessions keep playing when your phone locks, and the lock screen shows play, pause and skip controls. During a normal session the screen stays awake on its own; sleep sessions let it lock, since they are meant to be left running.

Is GabaSet therapy?

No. GabaSet provides general wellness education. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and using it does not create a counselor and client relationship.
